At ReadingGlasses, we want you to see clearly and feel confident in your new frames. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your eyewear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your glasses in their original protective case.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the frames are sent back in their original, unworn condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
